Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of $75.
Where to find my booking reference number?
Your booking reference number can be found in your email confirmation. If you haven’t received an email, please check your junk or spam folder.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order it will be sent through to our Guest Experience team, who will be in touch to confirm within 48 hours.
What if I need something that isn’t listed on the Travel Extras page?
Please let us know what you are looking for through the ‘Bespoke Extras’ page and we will do our best to arrange this for you. A member of our Guest Experience team will be in touch to discuss your requirements with you.
How do I get a refund?
If you would like to cancel your Travel Extras order and get a refund, please get in touch here.
Can I place multiple orders?
Yes you can. After you place your order on our site a member of our Guest Experience team will be in touch to confirm your new order along with your holiday booking and other Travel Extras attached to it.
What if I want to change my order?
If you want to change your order, please contact our Guest Experience team. They will help you cancel your previous order and place an order for your new extras.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If there is anything incorrect with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify it.
